About this service

Before you start, please make sure you have copies of the following documents ready. You will need to print and sign your application, then upload the documents to us at helloKAPWA. Valid tourist visa (must be without restrictions, must be valid for at least 1 month while processing Valid passport Accomplished SRRVisa application form Eight (8) recent photos, 2x2 inch with white background (must be taken within 3 months before submission of application) Police clearance from your country of residence (must be issued within 6 months before submission of application) Medical examination report (must be issued within 6 months before submission of application) Proof of pension and/or other qualifying financial documents (if applicable) Proof of educational attainment Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certificate (BICC) National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance – only for applicants that have stayed for more than 90 days in the Philippines before submission of application Other supporting documents as required by the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) All documents issued outside the Philippines must be translated into English (if not already in English).
